How long does delivery take?
All toppers are handmade to order. We aim to dispatch within 3–5 working days. Royal Mail delivery typically takes 1–3 additional working days within the UK. If you need your topper by a specific date, please mention this in the order notes and we'll do our best to prioritise.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £30. Standard delivery (Royal Mail 48hr) is £2.00. Express delivery (Royal Mail 24hr) is £5.00.
Can I personalise my topper?
Yes! Our animal figurine toppers can be customised with your choice of hat style (party hat or crown), hat colour, and balloon colour from 10 options. Our Cricut card toppers can be personalised with any name and age.
What are the animal toppers made from?
Each topper starts with a high-quality collectible animal figurine known for lifelike detail and safe materials. We then handcraft miniature party hats, crowns, and balloons using glitter card, wire, and ribbon.
Can the figurine be kept after the party?
Absolutely! The figurine is a real collectible toy. The party accessories can be gently removed, and the figurine becomes a lovely keepsake or plaything. Many of our customers tell us the birthday child plays with theirs for years afterwards.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because each topper is handmade to your specifications, we can't offer refunds on personalised items unless they arrive damaged. If there's any issue with your order, please get in touch and we'll make it right.
Can I order in bulk for a party?
Yes! We can create matching sets of toppers or cupcake toppers for your party. Get in touch via our contact form or Instagram DMs to discuss your requirements.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the UK. We're looking into international shipping options — follow us on Instagram for updates.
